Electronically stored personal data is held securely in password protected files or on secure servers. You may be asked periodically to give specific consent to the trust to continue to hold this information.
Paper-based data is held in locked storage and will be destroyed after 6 years.
How can I access the information you hold about me?
You can ask us if we are keeping any personal data about you and you can ask to receive a copy of that data – this is called a Subject Access Request.
Once we have received your Subject Access Request and proof of identity, you will receive a response within one month with a copy of any information we hold on you.
