Hogarth’s House
Visit the house to learn about its history and the life of William Hogarth, and to see a large collection of Hogarth’s work, including his most famous prints, such as Beer Street and Gin Lane.
Hogarth’s House also hosts creative workshops and other special events, and is home to an historic Mulberry Garden.

Tuesday to Sunday, 12pm-5pm (and bank holiday Mondays).
The house is closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day, Good Friday and Easter Sunday.

By public transport
Turnham Green tube station (District Line) and Chiswick train station (SW Railway) are 20-25 minutes’ walk from the house.
The 190 bus (Hammersmith-Richmond) and the 533 bus (Hammersmith-Castelnau) stop at Hogarth Roundabout in Burlington Lane, which is a 5-minute walk from the house.
By car
There are free but ticketed parking spaces for visitors accessed from either the A4 or the A316. These can be arranged prior to visiting by contacting Hogarth’s House via email.
Alternatively, paid parking is available at Chiswick House about 200m further west along the A4.
By bicycle
The nearest cycle racks are located at Chiswick House & Gardens.
